Apologies

Hello all, sincere apologies for not being around for a while, there just isn't enough time in the day for me at the mo.  Hooray!! I have managed to join in with Handmade Monday at 1st Unique gifts my handmade item is Harry and the hairwash helper, here he is -

My little boy hates having his hair wasshed so I have created Harry and now Tom puts harry over his eyes when I rinse the shampoo off and then plays with him while he gets washed!  It works a treat.  Hopefully I will have loads of sales on my folksy shop!

I am going to have a look at all of your blogs now to catch up!

  1. That is such a clever idea... I wish my mum had thought of that when I was a little girl... I want a Harry!

  2. What a fantastic idea... maybe I should get my other half one. Might stop him coming out of the shower bleary eyed where he's had them open and soaps seeped in.

Best of luck with your sales! I think they will go down a treat.

  7. This is a great idea for those with small children. I remember washing little boys hair and trying not to get soap and water in their eyes. In fact, I remember being a little girl myself and having it done to me! What a nice little item!

  8. Now that is great idea! My 2.5 yr old is a nighmare during hairwash time and I can really see something like this working for him, those halo things just don't work for us.

  11. They are a great idea, more than a flannel, a sort of comfort blanket. You can hear hairwashing night in our house several miles away!
